Description

STEK ICY 05 Window Film is a high-performance automotive window film designed to deliver a deep privacy tint with excellent clarity, UV protection, and heat-control performance.

With 6.5% visible light transmittance, ICY 05 provides a very dark appearance, making it ideal for rear windows, privacy-focused applications, and professional tint installations. The film features a super-clear PET base, metallized construction, anti-scratch hard coating, and acrylic-based adhesive for professional automotive glazing applications.

The ICY series is designed to block 99% of UV rays, while its thinner metallized layers help minimise interference with radio and satellite signals.

Available in 1.524m and 1.016m roll widths.

How to use it?

STEK ICY window film is designed for professional interior application on automotive glass.
It is intended for both flat and curved automotive glazing, and should be applied by skilled, trained, and authorised installers.

Basic installation workflow:
1. Clean the glass thoroughly.
2. Prepare the window film and liner.
3. Apply slip solution to the glass.
4. Position the film on the interior side of the glass.
5. Squeegee out solution and air.
6. Shrink where required for curved glass.
7. Trim and finish edges professionally.
8. Allow proper drying and curing time.
