At FB Detailing, we want you to be happy with your purchase. If something isn’t right, here’s how we handle returns and refunds.
Returns

You may return unused and unopened items within 14 days of receiving your order.

Products must be returned in their original condition, packaging, and with all seals intact.

We do not accept returns on used, opened, or damaged items, unless they are faulty or incorrect.
Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you receive a faulty, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Provide your order number and clear photos of the issue.

We will arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.
Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome.

Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 working days.
