Refund policy

At FB Detailing, we want you to be happy with your purchase. If something isn’t right, here’s how we handle returns and refunds.

Returns

  • You may return unused and unopened items within 14 days of receiving your order.

  • Products must be returned in their original condition, packaging, and with all seals intact.

  • We do not accept returns on used, opened, or damaged items, unless they are faulty or incorrect.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

  • If you receive a faulty, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Provide your order number and clear photos of the issue.

  • We will arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.

Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome.

  • Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 working days.

  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

Return Shipping

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

  • We recommend using a tracked postal service, as we cannot be responsible for lost returns.
