Unlike ordinary vinyl wrap, DYNOmatte is a TPU-based protective film designed to absorb impacts, resist stains, and protect paintwork from daily road damage. It gives gloss paint a satin finish while still allowing the original colour and metallic flake to show through clearly. STEK describes DYNOmatte as having slightly more sheen than some flatter matte films, making it a strong match for many factory matte, frost, and frozen paint finishes.

How to use it?

Wash and fully decontaminate the vehicle.
Prepare paintwork using a suitable panel prep cleaner.
Apply slip solution to the panel and adhesive side of the film.
Position DYNOmatte carefully over the panel.
Squeegee out slip solution and air from the centre outward.
Wrap or trim edges where required.
Allow the film to cure before washing or applying maintenance products.

Pro Tip: Professional installation is strongly recommended, especially for full-body satin conversions and complex panels.

Use matte-safe maintenance products only.
Avoid abrasive polishes or waxes designed for gloss finishes.
Do not machine polish matte PPF.
